This concept is quite attractive, and the description fits the image. The highlights on the body are useful to show the anatomy features, and the overall chromatic setup is working pretty good.
My only advice is that the area the man is into could be more detailed, talking of volume shading. Right now it looks an area, while it could be more fitting a real volume containing the man.
By the way, i like it a lot : it speaks about everyone of us.
